Saganaki is located right along the water at NewQuay Docklands with a prime view to watch the fireworks. Price is all inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine and canapés on arrival, then a sensational three course dinner (entree, main, sides, dessert). It will definitely be a night to remember!

• $149 per person
NOTE: A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit of $40 pp is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on Friday 15th December 2006. If the balance is not paid by this date your seats may be re-sold.

Seating arrangements:
• Banquet style seating. Tables of 8.
Tables of 2, 4, etc cannot be guaranteed.
You will be seated with other guests.

On Arrival
Chef's selection of canapés with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for each guest.
Served between 7.30pm - 8.30 pm

Entrée
Saganaki - Pan-fried kefalograviera, served over baby greens with balsamic reduction Grilled Calamari marinated in cold pressed olive oil, served over roquette with bell pepper coulis Quail served over pumpkin mash with Commandaria red wine jus
Spanakopita - Filo pastry filled with creamy feta and spinach, served over cauliflower mornay crumble and a drizzle of balsamic

Main
Pork Suckling pig slow roasted with sage, prunes and honey
Milk fed lamb slow roasted with thyme, rosemary, olive oil and garlic chips
Ricotta filled tortellini in a basil, oregano and tomato concasse
Oven baked chicken quarters with orange jus and baby roast potato
Crispy skin barramundi fillet, pan seared & served over garlic mash with saffron sauce

Dessert
Chocolate molten pudding drizzled in orange pink peppercorn sauce served with double cream
White chocolate mousse served with strawberry and rosewater coulis
