New Years Eve Dinner - 31 Dec 2006. Celebrate the new year (2007) with a memorable dinner at Fish Seafood Grill & Restaurant

Fish is located right along the water at Docklands with a prime view to watch the fireworks.

Price is all inclusive of a glass of sparkling wine and canapés on arrival, then a sensational three course dinner (entree, main, sides, dessert). It will definitely be a night to remember!

New Years Eve Dinner Menu
On Arrival
Chef's selection of canapés with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for each guest.
Served between 7.30pm - 8.30 pm

Entree:
Smoked salmon terrine with crème fraiche, Philadelphia, capers and chives
King prawns marinated in garlic pesto, sautéed and served with a tomato rice pilaf
Scallops served in the half shell, on wilted greens and mushrooms tossed with roasted garlic & thyme
Truffle scented mushroom and caramelized onion tartlet

Main:
Crispy skin salmon fillets over creamy potato brandade with spring onion, capsicum and parsley sauce
Whole baby snapper surrounding our potato boulangere, sautéed spinach and a light chive and garlic sauce
Oven roasted whole flounder on a hash of potato, onion and mushroom with lemon caper sauce
Free range chicken breast 'cordon bleu' style with creamy fontina cheese and prosciutto, served with a tarragon jus
Vegetarian platter with falafel, grilled vegetables, marinated olives and chef’s selection of dips & bread

Sides:
Golden shoestring french fries
Fresh garden salad with mustard & olive oil vinaigrette

Dessert:
Raspberry and Grand Marnier baked cheese cake with double cream and a trio of fresh coulis
Chocolate and passion fruit mousse - Classic sweet and sour with a light berry compote
Hot chocolate molten pudding served with vanilla ice cream and rich chocolate sauce
